New Clients: Please book a discovery call/consultation first (phone or video). Intake questions and consent forms must be completed beforehand—consultations may need to be rescheduled if forms aren’t submitted.

Existing Clients: If we’ve already completed your consultation, you may book regular sessions online. To help ensure availability, please book at least one week in advance—and you’re welcome to schedule up to four months ahead. There are no same-day appointments. If your preferred time isn’t available, please add yourself to the waitlist, and you’ll be notified if a spot opens.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions must be booked a minimum of one week ahead; no last-minute or same-day availability.

You’re encouraged to book 1–2 months ahead (or more) to secure preferred times and support smooth scheduling.

You may cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice.

I kindly ask that you avoid short-notice changes, especially within the week of your appointment. Your time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation happens in advance. Late changes impact the flow and sustainability of the practice.

Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

As a therapist I utilize an eclectic, trauma-informed and multi-disciplinary approach grounded in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative and mindfulness based therapies, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). With a background that includes over a decade in recreation therapy, yoga, personal training and coaching, I integrate aspects of diet, movement and behavioral change to support comprehensive whole body growth and wellness. I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing the significant personal and inteprersonal challenges and changes that arise as a resut of injury, chronic pain, and living with chronic conditions. Additionally, I enjoy assisting individuals with personal growth, coping with grief, and rebuilding self-worth and confidence.
